Even if you donât think you have rituals in your life, you do. For example, Do you brush your teeth every morning? Thatâs a ritual. Do you eat lunch pretty much at the same time everyday? Thatâs a ritual. Do you go to bed at the same time every evening? Thatâs a ritual, too.
However, if you're like most people, I bet a lot of your rituals are pretty unconscious and feel more like a habit than anything more meaningful. You do them because youâve always done them. But, have you ever wondered how they truly serve your life?
Rituals, or meaningful and consistent routines, are actions you take for the sake of keeping you on track and focused on the big picture you have for your life.
